Possible causes for the incapability of searching for corporations include:

1. In the case that the corporation is not registered in English:
When the search result shows a message, "No registration in English," the user cannot find the corporation on this site since the corporation is not registered in English.
2. In the case that there is a mistake in how to search:
Please refer to the relevant FAQ.
3. In the case that the user uses a browser of the earlier version:
It sometimes happens that the search cannot be conducted since the user uses a browser of the earlier version. When using a browser before version 8 of Microsoft Internet Explorer (hereinafter referred to as "IE"), search and browse functions are not operated. Please use a browser after version 9 of IE or the other browsers (Firefox or Google Chrome), a smartphone or a tablet PC.
